Dear Comet 999

This project follows the journey of you (the player) asking and answering questions during a war between two planets named 'Aphillion' and 'Xelraria.' The game offers an immersive narrative, allowing players to shape their destiny by assuming the role of the main character, choosing a personalised name as well as picking their own choices with each question asked/answered.

The origins of "Dear Comet 999" date back to my childhood, a collaborative effort with my best friend during year 4. What began as a playful exploration of alien characters evolved into a story with many different characters and plots. Initially designed as a comic, the idea lingered until the spark to transform it into a game emerged.

The allure of our alien protagonists and their untold story persisted, prompting the creation of a demo for "Dear Comet 999"  Using my multimedia major work as the perfect excuse to transform it into one.
